The Pinacoteca Ambrosiana and the Crypt of Leonardo
A journey through the masterpieces of the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana from the fifteenth to the seventeenth century, to then dwell on the splendid nucleus of masterpieces by Leonardo da Vinci, from the Portrait of a Musician to the sheets of the Codex Atlanticus, ending in the Crypt of the church of San Sepolcro, designed by Leonardo himself for his harmonic architecture and elected “gym of the Holy Spirit” by Carlo Borromeo, who chose it as a place of prayer par excellence. A journey between art and spirituality, the guided tour of the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana and the Crypt of San Sepolcro is an opportunity to delve into the themes and beauties of the Renaissance in an atmosphere suspended in time.
